My now eight-year-old son started with Platinum Taekwon-Do almost two years ago, with my 15-year-old daughter starting the following year. I was instantly struck by Adeline’s ability to engage the 4 to 6 age group for the full hour, teach using games, and the enthusiasm she showed each child. The certificate system employed by the club encourages my son to focus on skills and regularly celebrate his achievements. With my son having one leg turned inwards, this provided him with the motivation to continue when things were difficult, and with support from Platinum instructors his physical abilities are now more in line with those of his peers.
Platinum Taekwondo is a club whose values on paper are truly reflected in practice. We took some time to find a martial arts club we were comfortable with and Platinum Taekwon-Do has exceeded our expectations in every aspect.
